TUMAKER Secures Its Future

Tumaker Embarks on a New Chapter

Tumaker, the Spanish brand that has led the large-format 3D printer segment in recent years, is embarking on a new chapter—a path that solidifies its position as a benchmark in the 3D printing industry.

Iván Sardón and Aitor García, formerly Tumaker’s technical leads, spearheaded extensive negotiations that culminated in the joint acquisition of the commercial rights to the TUMAKER brand. This development secures and strengthens the international expansion process that began in late 2018.

Indart 3D—as the manufacturer and developer of the technology—and Tumaker—responsible for the business model and market demand analysis for new product launches—form a unique partnership in the sector. It is a strategic alliance that places the customer at the center of its focus from the very beginning.

Tumaker’s Goal: Customer Satisfaction

As a first step, Tumaker’s new phase prioritizes ensuring maintenance, support, and guidance for customers who currently use the brand's equipment in their companies. These customers will experience this comprehensive service philosophy right from the start.

For this reason, and with immediate effect, the brand's new management is committed to direct communication with both the Official Distribution Channel and end-users of the printers. This two-way communication aims to strengthen the bonds within the Tumaker community and provide personalized attention to its members.

Regarding the equipment, the first change is the implementation of new, state-of-the-art electronics. This combines the mechanical quality for which Tumaker 3D printers have always been known with the reliability of advanced electronics and optimized components. Accordingly, customers who wish to do so will be offered the option to upgrade their current equipment with the new electronics under preferential terms. This upgrade will extend the equipment's lifespan and ensure even more efficient performance.

Tumaker Voladora DUAL 3D Printer with Independent Dual Heads: the first revolution of the new era

As part of its ongoing renewal and development, Tumaker introduces the new Voladora DUAL 3D printer featuring independent dual heads. This outstanding machine incorporates a fully professional, integrated independent printing system. This innovation allows users to combine different materials without the typical issues associated with traditional dual-head setups. The system supports mirror printing and includes the professional features standard across the Tumaker range: compatibility with large-format spools, rapid nozzle swapping (diameters of 0.2, 0.4, 0.6, 0.8, and 1.2 mm), PrinterNet technology, and more.

This machine addresses a significant market niche and marks the first in a series of new product launches the brand plans to roll out over the coming months.
