Tumaker to Present New Extrusion Solutions for Its Modular 3D Printing Platform at Formnext 2026
From 17 to 20 November 2026, Tumaker will attend Formnext 2026 in Frankfurt, Germany, to present new developments across its range of modular industrial 3D printers.
The innovations focus on broadening extrusion capabilities for different materials, processes and applications, from material research and development to industrial environments. Visitors can discover them in Hall 12.1, Stand E78, alongside the Mini Modular, NX Modular and BigFoot Modular printers.
A Modular Platform with New Extrusion Possibilities
Modularity is a core feature of Tumaker technology, developed and manufactured by Indart3D. Its interchangeable printhead architecture allows equipment to be adapted to different application requirements.
At Formnext 2026, Tumaker will showcase the expansion from two to four extrusion options:
Filament extrusion.
Direct pellet extrusion.
High-flow pellet extrusion.
Heated syringe extrusion.
This evolution expands the possibilities for working with different materials and processes, maintaining a modular platform able to respond to the needs of material manufacturers, research centres and industrial companies.

New High-Flow Pellet Printhead
One of the main innovations will be a new high-flow pellet extrusion printhead, developed to provide greater processing capacity and extend the possibilities of direct pellet 3D printing.
Its larger, more powerful design is intended to support higher printing speeds and broaden material-processing possibilities, including technical polymers, for applications requiring greater extrusion capacity.
This new option complements the standard pellet printhead, allowing users to select a solution according to the requirements of each project.
New Heated Syringe Extrusion System
Tumaker will also present a new heated syringe extrusion system, currently under development.
This option explores the deposition of materials and formulations that require extrusion methods different from conventional filament or pellet processing. It opens up new possibilities for material research and experimentation with new formulations, without implying that every potential application has already been validated.
Three Printers Showcasing Tumaker Versatility
Three representative models from the modular range will be on display at Formnext 2026:
Mini Modular: A compact system for research, material development and pellet or filament 3D printing applications.
NX Modular: A system with two independent printheads, offering flexibility to combine different extrusion options.
BigFoot Modular: The largest build-volume printer in the range (500 × 500 × 500 mm), with interchangeable printheads for larger applications.
Visitors will also be able to see printed samples and materials, together with representative printheads from the modular platform.

Meet Us at Formnext 2026
The exhibition will provide an opportunity to present Tumaker’s latest developments, share current R&D directions and hear directly from material manufacturers, technology centres, universities and companies working in research and industrial additive manufacturing.
The Indart3D team will be present throughout the four-day event to showcase Tumaker technology, answer technical questions and discuss applications and potential future developments.
